"Time flies like the wind, suddenly it's been 40 years... Those days feel like only yesterday; meeting again now, our hair touched with grey, yet the bonds of friendship and the teacher-student connection remain unchanged in our hearts."
On April 18, 2025, amidst nationwide activities commemorating the nation's momentous event – the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025) – our beloved school, formerly the Intermediate School of Labor and Wages II and now Campus II of the University of Labour and Social Affairs, once again joyfully welcomed the return of the Alumni from Class B7, Labor and Wages, course year 1983-1985. It has been a long journey, yet the memories of student life remain vivid in every heart. This reunion, marking the 40th anniversary of their graduation, was deeply moving, warm, and filled with affection.
From across the country, 23 Alumni of Class B7 converged on their former school grounds to reminisce together. This gathering was more than just a meeting; it was a reconnection, a reminder that even though life takes us down different paths, the friendships forged in school remain sacred and steadfast. It was also an opportunity to express gratitude and to appreciate more deeply the value of teacher-student relationships and the bonds between friends.
Stories from years gone by, memories once thought faded, came flooding back with every shared glance, smile, and warm handshake. Forty years – it's not just a milestone in time, but a testament to the strong bonds of this cohort, proof of emotions that remain full and unfading through the decades. This homecoming will become a cherished memory, a flame to continue igniting faith and inspiring future generations of Alumni to carry on the tradition of Returning to Beloved Alma Mater.
